- @Copwatchtv obtained body camera footage from a traffic stop in Oklahoma City, OK that involved Manuel Nava being charged with impersonating a police officer.
Officers found many items in his car that would indicate he was impersonating a police officer. Nava's 2005 Volkswagen Jetta 1.9L TDI Mark 4 was searched and officers found the items.
The featured content is NOT intended to be violent or glorify violence in any way. We are sharing the footage STRICTLY for the purposes of news reporting and educating.
We need to be thankful for the "National Weather Police". Without them, weather could just pop up and do whatever it wanted, whenever it wanted. Kudos to the brave men and women of that little known organization.
"In the National Weather Service, severe weather is considered especially heinous. In Oklahoma, the dedicated investigator is known as a member of the elite squad called the National Weather Police.....
This is his story....."

If I was his defense attorney, I'd say he has a strong case. Firstly, he never claimed that he was a police officer. There was nobody that claimed that he tried to use police credentials to victimize them. As far as the blue and red lights on his car, - Yes he had them, but no, he wasn't using them. When the police found him, he was only using some type of yellow or orange. How do we know that he doesn't use those lights at home or at a car show? We don't. Also, he had patches, pepper ball gun, nylon duty belts................. all legal, legal, legal. All of that stuff is available at any army surplus store, or ebay or amazone or wherever. Again, he wasn't even using any of it to pull people over or anything like that. Does the guy maybe wanna be a cop a little too much? Possibly. That doesn't make him a hardened criminal though. I just hope he gets a good lawyer that asks that female cop lots and lots of questions in court. That's all I'm saying. Just my 2 cents.

Yeah, guy wasnt hurting anyone or really doing anything wrong. Got pulled over for not using his blinker within a 100 feet of changing lanes (?) .
I think he may have a civil rights lawsuit in the oven.

Are you saying your girl has something on you? Nobody wants that.
Just the title is enough for me.
SURE! You pull this fine man away from his job! Now when you get forced off the road by a tornado or weather event that is blatantly disobeying our traffic laws, who are you going to turn to?
Ghost busters
Thank you for your service sir...mother nature once assaulted me with hail.
He was a National Weather Service, Tier 1 Operator workingon a G19 Classified mission, in Oklahoma. His mission was to infiltrate a gang of tornadoes and now he can't. Our country is less safe now. Buckle your seat belts Dorothy, cause Kansas is going bye-bye, uh I mean Oklahoma. 🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪
All the people laughing at him are just tornados behind those screens!
I give him a round of applause for sheer bravado because even a sleeping Policeman could identify his fake Police car at 100 yards. He could get away with this for maybe a week at most before he was spotted. Those lights look like a mobile DJ's disco from the 80's.
That's a Jetta Police Interceptor. Says so on the deck lid. 'Ya gotta' believe that!
They also use way too many lights
The fact that it's a fourth generation Jetta should help most people identify his "cruiser" as a fake.
“Why do you still have your light going?”
“I’m in hot pursuit of that cold front that gave me frostbite.”
At first I was thinking: ok, I’ve seen Twister. Maybe he chases tornados. Nope. He chases tail… and never catches them.
I'd honestly like to see him even try and chase down a twister in a Jetta!
You can make fun of him if you want ! But fact is he can sue the city and this bitch cop and he will be rich now
He tried so hard and spent all his money but couldn't afford a crown Victoria
spent it all on lights. those things aren't cheap.
You dont even see the crown vics much anymore.
@@planetvicecity they were retired years ago due to issues with the body, the gas tank and rear end collisions. Replaced by Chevy caprices, impalas, and now the more sturdy ford SUV’s (I think explorers?) and ford Taurus, as well as dodge chargers.
@@JJGeneral1 Yes the Ford Explorer
@@coleman4840 ive seen a few Lincoln Navigators which I guess is just a slightly fanicer version of the Ford Explorer, they apparantly have a police package for those too
Kudos to the weather police officers out there keeping the storms in check. 🌩️ 👀
Keeping that wind in line sir
Lmfaoooo fr without that glock those tornadoes would be causing havoc
2:00 Tricorder. He was analyzing dilithium particles in the atmosphere just in case he needed to beam up to his orbiting spaceship - the Enterprise.
That's horrible! He was just about to arrest the incoming snow storm.
Dude's the epitome of a potentially dangerous nerd.
bro he said "tricorder"
I’d suggest they dig up his basement and backyard. Ugh.
If Lester from GTA could walk
Cop to the weather guy: "Yeah it's cold, its not getting any warmer..."
A Volkswagen with a police interceptor sticker what a joke. Did he really think that he was gonna fool police officers. Even I will know he's a fake cop once i saw the Volkswagen 😂😂
Idiot: Am I being arrested0?
Cop: We will talk about that in a second.
Translation: Yes.
Really?? 🤣🤣🤣
On a bogus charge.
I can’t believe the cops would arrest a government employee like this
🤣
He never said he was a employee !
You do not have to be paid to work WITH the nws ! He even tried to prove it but the bitch cop started saying more stupid shot aboot her LT WAS CONTACTING THE SHERIFF OFFICE! She didn’t have a clue and that’s why he will get rich from this illegal arrest
He was just fighting weather crime. Unbelievable they wouldn't know the seriousness of the job.
@@rhyssanders9122 they should have recognized him- he was the undercover officer that apprehended hurricane andrew in the 90s
@@fuzzyelm1 He has red and blue lights on his car. That is illegal. This arrest is legitimate.
How did he pack all that into a Volkswagen lmao 🤦😆
I was stationed in Germany when the wall came down. I saw very small cars fill absolutely full coming from East Germany. It was like to stuffed everything they they could from the home and left.
@@marigold3687 That I can understand, definitely a necessity for those people to do so.
This guy tho lol 😆

Puts police interceptor sticker on a Jetta 😂. Hopes he doesn’t get kick out of his mothers basement after this.😂
At least they didn't find a body in the trunk.

Right on, Kenny! 🙄
Impersonating a Weather Cop is a serious offence.
How hard did the judge laugh?
you mean a "cirrus" offence...lol
Okay I've seen police impersonators use ex police cars..... But this is the first time I've seen a police impersonator turn their vehicle (which brand has never been a police vehicle in the US) into a full on patrol car.
A police interceptor sticker? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ironic that I suppose the "Police Interceptor" badging is illegal on a car that it was never intended for. Kinda tricky, but I see the deal. What do you think?
The push bar on the front is what got me 😂
@@PsunnProductions he works for the weather service.. it doubles as a snow plow.
The laptop mount 🥴
@@blacksailstudio no no no when he ordered it....it was supposed to say "police impersonator". 🤣🤣
You do not need to signal 100ft before changing lanes. IT’s recommended to use your signal 100ft before making a turn.
Thank you for all your sacrifice working for the National Weather Police. Without you Black Ice could just pop up where every it wants.
That’s a full blown “whacker” - never go full whacker.
The confidence of this man, he thinks he's done nothing wrong!
well other thne being a fool and having red and blue lights, not connected to some certain interaction on his dash board, instaed of a switch any cop can switch is where he fucked up
He did nothing wrong, nothing he did or has is illegal.
He didnt break a single law other than the lane change. if you think people should get thrown in jail for having common items that arent against the law, then you are supporting tyranny.
@snipingpyro sure, I am all for cops using the R word as their modus ... as be REASONABLE. If there were reports of this guy pulling people over that's one thing .. but a diesel Jetta with some lights just doesn't scream Wacker to me. And "police belts" and a couple plate carriers , fucking duty belts doesn't mean you're impersonating an officer. What's scary is he could be a fucking MilSim guy, or a LEO Sim guy.. but likely but some people just like that kinda stuff . If he had a wallet with a badge and shit then that's one thing. I think he's just an anime addict who happens to like MilSim or LEO cosplay. Lol
@@AttPro agreed. He actually has to be caught in the act not just owning a costume and a tricked out car.
It provides me with great comfort to know that the weather police keep the bad weather at bay, it must be a hell of a tough job. A lot of stand-off’s with rain clouds and what-not.
I hear tornado gang violence is getting worse in some areas…
And he did say he got frostbite on his toes just that morning 😂 He has a very dangerous job!

He won’t be convicted. It’s a weak case. No victim. And he’s a dork. There isn’t any way in hell anybody is thinking he’s the police. Horrible impersonation
DA has probably already declined to prosecute. He will receive a citation for the red and blues but everything else is completely legal to possess. Unless they can prove he attempted to convey himself as the police to someone they have nothing. My SUV has a Police Interceptor badge on it, hope they don't catch me.
That's what I was thinking. ._.
He has several items that say POLICE on them.
This falls under INTENT, same way that planning a bank robbery is Conspiracy. Same way that Stalking is a crime. Show up at a ex G/f house you can get tagged for Stalking.
Mount Red and Blues, it's Intent to pull someone over.
Law, isnt common sense, it's actually written down.
Mere possesion isnt illegal, mounting them on the car is. THAT'S what is written down. Even sans wiring is illegal.
The badge on the back says POLICE ... doesnt matter if it also says Pizza Delivery or Big Swinging *ick.
Yeah, it’s like “stolen fatter”
@Frank Bonazza III look up his twitter and facebook, he has a heavy fantasy here been working it for years.
he even has a GoFundMe for making a CERT car ... Community Emergency Response Team , a whole group of fantasy wannabes,
bogus stop (100ft turn signal)
throw the case out
I give the dude credit for impersonating a profession that has a major personnel shortage due to nobody wanting to do the job.
Thank you for your service, those tornadoes need to be kept in check
I hate when police think because I told you to do something is legit that you have to unless arrested so just say he’s under arrest
