Thank you for the video it is very informative, but what about Inspirasi Mont Kiara, would like to hear some views from the experts, thank you.

Hi Lawrence, Inspirasi MK is a new development and definitely has its strong points. What's important to consider is that it is leasehold and higher density.. so depends on what works for you 😊

What is the point that having a big huge unit with expensive maintenance fee with Low standards maintaining the condo ? Ended up residents moving out. Rented can’t cover ? I have been viewing house n condos in Malaysia, thinking to retire in Malaysia but all r so disappointed.

Hi, I can understand your frustration. Everyone has different needs and criteria when looking for a unit to buy especially for own stay. Its a unique process. Maybe start with deciding on the location that you would like to live first and go from there. If you are interested in Mont Kiara, do drop me a whatsapp at +60 16 738 9620 and we can chat from there 😊

what is your idea of expensive maintenance though. RM0.30-0.40psf is common in MK, and it's considerably lower than other upper middle to high class neighbourhoods (eg TTDI, Dsara Heights).
If management isn't doing a good job then residents committee exists to make noise. You can even have management replaced.
It isn't pointless having a huge unit if you need a huge unit (for a big family) 🤷🏽‍♀️
