Great tip for setting is catch and shooting, you always seem to quick release your sets that's why you a quicks have a low percentage rate of actually being achieved. symmetry is also a good thing. Being able to set your outside more consistently is making sure your arms and your hands leave and push the ball at the same speed and same distance. I'm a setter myself and I find these things made me improve as a setter and gained more trust for off balls that I use to not be able to set well to being able to set consistently
