    Been looking to relocate to Joburg the past 2 years moving solo and planning to live off my Va Disability. Starting the process for my retirement visa and hopefully I’ll be boots on ground before the end of the year! I can’t take it here anymore!😮‍💨

    South Africa is a structured country even if you feel some of the things seem a bit slow, its because the citizens are very involved in interrogating how things work. South Africans are a very engaged society so even in terms of how things function it is a product of a society that is engaged. Sometimes people that may come from countries where things are structured by entities,organisations and people that they don't know may struggle. In SA we question banks, government and every company that provides a service so that we know exactly what we are dealing with. You guys are correct you just need to grown

    Hello you all I understand everything you are saying is true and you have to do this on a professional scale. I really think you should be able to conduct basic business. Unfortunately everyone are not good at doing what we see as easy. I thought it was easy as well ! But it is some work especially in the beginning. I had everything set up from the USA 🇺🇸 I got here and went directly into my apartment! I did a lot lot of paperwork I was pushing paperwork! It’s not for the faint of heart ❤️!!!1🇿🇦🇺🇸

    You guys made it look easy to me. I guess during the second part for your permanent residency process it may have looked a little harder, actually more annoying than anything, but not to the point where you needed to pay someone. For the permanent residency, did you have to get another physical?

    • @TayllorChanise
      @TayllorChanise  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Yes, for the residency application we did need to do another physical. We had our family practitioner fill out the form for us

    • @QKhaiQ
      @QKhaiQ 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      We did the paperwork ourselves. Not to mention, you can always call the consulate if you have questions or need help. They called us for clarification and a new UPS label. It was unlike any government I had ever had - they were quite friendly and helpful.

    “New to the channel” Do you guys have a more in depth video on the visa process. I heard you guys mention well to my “understanding” you quoted the other countries wanted you to be there. Is South Africa a country where i could do the whole process while in the states then transition?

    • @TayllorChanise
      @TayllorChanise  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I’m actually not sure if I have a super in depth video because it really is super straight forward. I don’t want to complicate it. Maybe give me some questions you have and I can put something together. But yes we did 95% of the process to move in the States. The whole visa process was completed in the States

    Hey Tayllor, so I watched a vlog of a certain Black American family who have made the move to SA and it’s looking pretty easy. Here is the video link below of a family who just moved from Las Vegas to Cape Town and they’re not complaining with paperwork or anything. I'm curious about what might be contributing to their apparently smooth transition. 🤔
