The contrast between Ellie meeting Yarnaby and going "critter :)" and like 3 hours later as she's outright swearing at him as she's stuck in his section is so funny to me.
You know… Watching this and hearing all the super serious notes about stuff like “we aren’t going to hell, we’re already here” and “this is a land no man or woman should ever cross paths with” makes it even more disassociating when I see the funny toy monsters chasing after you.
This was the first time that i saw ellie getting actually really angy, also nice stream btw ❤

People saying the VERY unintentional through-the-wall behaviour was 'intentional hitbox hijinks' almost got grating I had to ground myself so many times - no hate or disrespect, but aaaaaaggghhh mateeee.
Same for the sound issues - directional audio cues need to be DIRECTIONAL - that should be why Yarnaby even PLAYS a sound in the stealth sections - so you can hide and still gauge his direction without knowing exactly where he is. 'Sound disorientation' has no part in it.
Or the hiding spots... not hiding you.
I love this game but I will NOT bs my way to defending it.
Had a very great time and your content is really entertaining, you managed to make it all HELLA fun and bearable, but daaaaammnnn maaaannn.

@elegantatrocity I'm really glad to hear you enjoyed the stream ahahahah. 😅 I never set out to get mad at a game on purpose, and I legit went in with a good attitude after Chapter 3 -- so my intent definitely isn't to roll in and try to convince people they shouldn't like it. It's comforting to know people can have a good time with a stream like this and still come out with an appreciation for the thing they love
@@StupidButterfly Yeah!!! I recognise the minor flaws and the VERY BAD flaws myself.
I loved the progress ch3 showed, as well as how much they were willing to show in the start of ch4 and its writing, but it's definitely a mess and a lot of what you experienced wasn't intended, it just kept GOING, I have not laughed with such bewilderment in a good while.
If I were the player I'd have appreciated what I saw and the character designs but still got frustrated at everything it puts people through - being level-headed and grounded or tuned into to the ups/downs isn't a bad thing!!!
Hoping for a better ch5 experience if you play it at all, and a fun next stream for you!!!
