3:31 in real life, the non-target's head probably would've been destroyed and he probably would've had a concussion from a blunt-force like hit by a briefcase (if it were empty). Now we're not trauma experts. But that's what would've happened in reality if Agent 47 swung the briefcase very hard at the non-target.

Is it just me or do the crowd NPC react more realistically to the sight and sounds of a person going loud in these missions? It's always funny seeing normal NPCs just return to their normal routines or standing spots as though nothing is wrong despite a body, or a bunch, being around them.
Yea when NPCs do that its pretty comical. "Nothing to see here folks, move along"

It should show at the very end. Not the actual body count but the score which you have to divide by 5,000 I think. So, total body count is 321.
