Frederick actually has 1 super specific use I have found. The relic skill damage taken reduction, small heal, extra troops, and long skill deployment make some perfect with Joan prime. A lot of people mentioned Honda primary Joan secondary because Joan will use skill twice every time. I didn't like it because the initial skill shot was incredibly slow. Freddie on the other hand lets Joan's 1st skill shot fire off, and delays the second just long enough to where it happens every time. Of course all of this means that Bertrand is probably a far superior secondary, but I don't have him to test that. I guess I could 5111 Bert though.
@@moneor2797 its useless if you pair scipio to 5111 lc, there is no talent tree nor any skill to support the smite damage. if you really want to use 5111 lc then expertise alexander is a better primary than 5511 scipio
