When I woke up this morning Marilyn Hickey's make popped in my head and I knew I should watch her and this was the most recent video of hers I found. And I'm so glad that I did. When she said put your hand on your heart and say "I am not a mistake" that really got me. When I was born my parents didn't even have a name picked out for me because they thought I was a boy, up till birth. But God knew the whole time. He wasn't surprised. Thank you Jesus. ❤

I am a 51 year old black woman who watched her every morning with my mom before school. In 6th grade I would watch my mom pray, do her makeup and we'd head off to school. I hate racism. So much evil in the world I alomst forgot what an impact her messages and belief had on my life. I remember her daughter Sarah and thier program, but the evil of racism won't allow me to watch them preach because when I go out into the world I recieve so much sick hate. Where are the pure of heart like her and my Mom's example. She taught me to never hate people, but people hate me and my children simply because the color of our skin. Skin that God gave me. No where in the bible does it say hate what he created. I miss loving people without consequences and being safe.
Thank you Jesus for making me a new me unto U'r heart ❤
