The video is great, but I believe it lack some information, like you could've explained the purpose of all options that you're using with commands. For example, "ls -ltr" here you're using 3 options, so what is the exact purpose of l, t, and r separately and similarly for other commands also.

Real purpose of touch command is to update the timestamp on a file.

bro 6 questions ki main command cheppaledu vi and cat chepparu kani you forgot the (touch) command . touch command is used to create a multiple files at a time .
the search/find command was not viewed on the screen but overall it is very useful

For question 14th- the question was how to remove a directory with files but you mentioned rm -rf command which is used to remove folder. Is folder and directory the same thing here?

I cant understand the 18th question. What is pid you are refeering to ?
Lectures are good but the red background should be changed. Eyes start to suffer after watching continue. Light color background is needed.

In ques 16, for me it is copying the entire directory inside other directory and not just its content.. is there any other way to do so?
Hi Sir. ls -ltr and ls -l produces the same result? I don't see any differences between them.
Ls -ltr is used to get the last modified file at the bottom
L for long list
T for time
R fir recursive

Unix can create only txt files ?
You can create any kind of file, just use that file extension.

How to find or search a word inside a file ?
The grep command searches through the file, looking for matches to the pattern specified.
To use it type grep , then the pattern you are searching for and finally the name of the file (or files) you are searching in.
Example :- grep java book.txt

Vi ab.txt is command to open file to write something not to create a file. to create a file command will be touch ab.txt
