The linear graph elucidates the average monthly temperatures, whereas the table provides information about the total yearly hours of sunshine in three municipalities, including London, New York, and Sydney, in a year.
On the whole, the general data and message from the line graph make it obvious that there are upward and downward trends in all given places, though to varying degrees. Of particular note is that from the table, New York reaches a constant for the highest figure in total annual sunshine hours, but the reverse was true for London. Examining the line graph in detail, it is clear that Sydney was at its peak with 25°C in January compared to other cities, since the figure for this place showed a significant increase of 15°C after an important decrease in July. London is the second highest figure, with approximately 9°C at the beginning of the year, which has witnessed stable growth until the middle of the year, but in December this figure accounted for a sharp 10°C. When it comes to New York, in January, the temperature was just under 5 Celsius, which stayed constant for a month. This figure reached its peak with 30°C in July, due to continuously upward trends, but then in New York, the temperature level experienced a drop with 5°C in December.
If you look at the table, we can see that in London, the total period of sun glare per year was 2,535 hours, which was not as nearly as Sydney with 2,473 hours of sunlight. As regards New York, it had the highest, namely 2,555 hours.
