Build-up+destroyer is the best you need to use a defensive FB on the side of the destroyer to cover the space that he will vacate.

@@PESGOATYou could review Costacurta, man is a defensive beast, I play him as RB and he is really solid. Also, I have seen playing 3 CMFs is sometimes more solid, like I do play Rodri(Anchor), Rice(Destroyer), and Bellignham(Box to Box) or Maradona(Classic No.10), (I use Costacurta to cover that side). Also, make a review on POTW Leroy Sane(Hole Player) , underrated beast.

I have Alaba from the Spanish League pack alongside him and he's not super aggressive but u can give him 99 defensive awareness so he's a brilliant card.
that's really good combo, but you have to be more careful using DMF to cover the midfield, this is the good widely space to exploit and destroy your defense. Anyway, it's definitely good and I'm using it with De Ligt and VVD. Recommend using this combo with double pivot in midfield, I'm using an anchor man and a good strength b2b ( Casemiro and Viera )

I even use a back 3 with everyone build up but sometimes i put albert ferrer at right
I play destroyer (kim min jae) + extra frontman (bastoni). It is very good because they get the ball very quickly and initiate quick attacks.

I use masterful stars marquinhos and halloween de ligt both are BEAST at build up
I use a defensive fullback as my center back( tomiyasu to be precise) and he is deadly
I use de ligt and upamecano. Upamecano had low defensive awareness but good at physical and tackling. But condition is standard.
I have my defence with ruben and alaba they make a good combo alaba is i think the best idk why for me he plays like damn good but noone else (buldup) went in good with him spaces were created when i used alaba with vvd and deligt. So kept ruben and alaba

I mean i always seeked for one but I never got a build up player ffs 😂 that's why I use 3 cb now just to ensure the spaces stay safe. I've 5 destroyer cards ( Barmer, marghaeles, rudi , kim min , d vida )and just 1 build ( van dijk )and 2 frontman ( Ramos and Bastoni )
i also started both build up and getting good performance

Broski, the combo of your cs should be based on playstyle,eg if you play QC ,one destroyer is needed since all players move up when you attack and if you lose the ball one of defender has to go forward and try to dtop the attack

You need one build up + one Proper Destroyer like Rudiger they'll manage defence level their and LB RB should defensive full back
And if you have destroyer DMF then DMF intercept ball in mid areas
CF should be FOX IN THE BOX or GOAL POACHERS

Yeah destroyer and build up will always be a good combo. Extrafrontman with low defensive engagement is the more problematic one. Here rudiger was out of position cos the opponent carelessly dragged him out of position with his cursor
What about definseve full back like bergomi and costa and extra front man like Hernandez and bastoni
Extra frontman comes out just like a destroyer, they are only good as fullback roles, or if playing Quick Counter as CB

After the autumn big update destroyer + buildap combo doesnt work as it was before, there are changes in defense gameplay. Buildup + buildup combo works better. Destroyers feel good only when used in the back 3 formations

You should try Destroyer + Build Up with 2 defensive full backs instead of 1... Most professional players use this strategy

Kimmich is good but the only problem is that he have not a good physical strength, he is an orchestrator.

Ngl But Rudiger is too much aggressive and offensive type of player he always makes unnecessary forward runs, so try some other Destroyer or BU+ BU is also fine anyways

standard card has high aggression he just run into tackles . May be lower agressive build up players are better

Bro just use NC marquinhos the best build up cb i have used and pair him with NC gimenez or kounde these pairs are tooo good but i prefer gimenez over kounde cause he has better heading (btw i used almost all cbs). Plz try this combo if you have these cards
