Nice villa but the lack of private outside space/pool is a massive disappointment. Who buys a 'luxury' villa in Thailand without a pool and garden? What a let down.
You can purchase the villa with a large garden and a pool exactly like the show home, but the price will be more expensive. This development offers different choices for different budgets.

What's the location and price as shown? By the way, that's a 3-1/2 bath, missing shower in powder room (1/2 of a bathroom)
