Mam, मै engineering student hu...maine apke videos dekhe tabse muze pata chala ki ocd ke kuch lakshan muzme bachpan me bhi the.....abhi kuch dino se raat me muze....ek dum stuck lag rha hai..jaise agar bed par leta hu to uthkar book lene ka मन nahi karta...agar kuch note karna ho to....ajeeb si रुकावट मन मे aa jati है...kuch पढ़ना हो...tab bhi aisa lagta hai jaise kahi atak gya हु...please help

Mam me OCD se preshan hu mene aapke btaye no pr call kiya lekin aapke yha therepy ke liye vahut pese lgte he jo mere pass nhi he me bahut koshish kr rhi hu kahi se pese ka intzam ho jaye fir aapke pass ilaz ke liye contact fir se kru mam ho ske to kychh km pese me logo ki help kre kyoki is beemari me ghar bale sport nhi krte n hi husband pese dete he bahut preshan hoti hu me bahut roti hu or aapke yha pese pahle lekr 6/7 month ke bad treatment start krate he please mam help me 😢😢
