I am born and brought up in Rkl from 1956.Retired from SAIL,Rkl steel Plant in 1956 as a sr Engineer.U dnt have correct informarion like : 1. Rourkela is not the head quarter of Sundargad district.HQ is at sundergad only.Rkl steel plant is established in feb 1859 by German collaboration not by Russian.
