One of the main reasons why One Piece ending will be satisfactory is cause Oda is gonna tie every knot we want to be tied. I am a bit afraid Oda will not stick the landing for the Strawhats inidivdual arcs, but I am very confident about the rest of the story being what it should be.
Thing about this is, many of them will probably need to be done after he becomes king, luffy, zoro, sanji, robin and franky seem doable by the end, but I can see Nami and sanjis or brooks being epilogues
Yeah this finals saga has to be packed because a lot of strawhats dreams, goals, and character arcs aren’t accomplished yet. Hopefully he doesn’t rush it all out at one arc
It's gonna be good because I believe in Oda. The dude has never led me down a wrong path and although One Piece has plenty of flaws and moments I can't stand but, at the end of the day, in Oda we trust.
I agree Luffy finally reuniting with Shanks his ultimate rival that he promised in the very first chapter after 30 years for the One Piece and Zoro rewatching Mihawk at the same time will be an amazing prelude to the final chapters
This man has had decades to work the details, put of so many people's storylines that I don't doubt he can pull off the ending of the strawhats stories.
I feel like the only flashback that can surpass kuma sad backstory in future stories will be joyboy. We know that joyboy has a bitter end and his story will be one of the most tragic tales in all of one piece. A hero who lost everything and couldn’t save the day…
I agree I say this all the time nothing oda puts or says or writes in the story is an accident every thing is there for a reason it is all given a big narrative purpose that constantly furthers the story rather than losing a lot in translation and becoming so convoluted you don’t recognize what the original story was that doesn’t happen with oda this man is built different he doesn’t miss at all even in the weaker arcs in one piece the narrative and story and world 🌍 building is always a 10/10
In Goda we trust. If anyone is going to nail a satisfying ending, across any media or genre, it’s gonna be him. This is his magnum opus, there will be no next chapter for him, it’s all in. I just hope he survives to finish this grand tale.
11:50 I think, each main Straw Hat (the ones seen here) will get a second backstory, just like Sanji. Luffy: Probably mostly about Mokey D. Dragon, who is still mostly a mystery, who his mother is (really crocodile?), and more info on why he didn't grow up with his father. Lysopp: Something related to his father Yasopp, and more info on why he had to live without him, also reunion. Zorro: His relations to Wano or something about Kuina or that other sword fighting Smoker girl. Nami: Turns out to be sister or half sister of Ace, birth name probably Gol D. Ann. And info on how her original village has been destroyed.
@@vegetsofray9163From a different video I saw. The other ones are my own ideas. But if I hadn't watched that video, I wouln't have expected anybody else to get a second backstory.
Mr. Morj has been so mudded the last 2 years with his OP content ("the raid will fail" debacle being the most mudded but him thinking Bonney is the next roger is a recent one) that now I'm genuinely worried by some cosmic phenomenon that Mr. Morj has inadvertently ruined the ending of OP with this very video. 'Tis a sad day for all OP fans. I hope I'm wrong.
I largely agree, but I think a negative of all of this is the core Strawhats being sidelined by all of these side characters. I think he'll stick the landing in general while dropping the ball with "less important" Strawhats.
I almost feel as if the straw hats's dreams are small compared to the goings on of the world as they have been built up.. Except for luffy's. Their dreams would have to wrap up in a way that affects the world greatly.
Tbh at some point in my life I thought one piece got so good I couldn't even imagine it getting bad. But I fear for the actual conclusions to the strawhat storylines. Anything besides that I see Oda nailing. I cant imagine how he wants to do Nami's conclusion and have it not be half assed. I genuinely have no idea. But as it goes, I'll just put my faith in him and his craft, and enjoy the story as it is for however long it will take.
Even if it has the perfect ending, perfect last few chapters and all. I am scared of the last and greatest war. Oda doesn't do well when so much action is going on, Onigashima was a low point in the series for many. Coupled with his loved of raising stage, aka Onigashima falling with random bombs on the bottom and the Kazenbo fire spirit, the bird cage, etc.
the problem wasn't with the set up but the builduo of the characters. we didnt care about the characters involved. however in a setup like marineford, it was exciting cause we knew everyone
Onigashima wasn't just bad because it was messy, it's because Oda kept doing fake outs, Yamato's "character" was annoying, Big Mom being killed by Kid and Law and throwing away the entire build up since the start of the TS, Kaido was lame...I could go on and on.
I personally am willing to bed my life on the ending being great for most people on almost every aspect. But that is not so great a bet as it sounds sice it will probably just kill me if the ending sucks 😂.
My thing is because it’s been so long, there’s a chance that some reveals won’t hit as hard. I feel like some stuff has been spoonfed to us over the years and we’re just waiting for confirmation.
I feel like there will be so many people denouncing one piece for it's ending when it happens and I'm sad about that. Even G5 was controversial sometimes. I just pray that Oda got this and is gonna wow us
I was always on and off again about keeping up with One Piece. Never cared to constantly keep up with it because it lagged and lulled often. This final saga really is a lot more interesting and the writing is definitely improved, I actually pay attention to the developments week to week (or biweekly as we have often suffered 😂) because I could see the significant increase in quality. I am sure from now on we won’t be disappointed. If you asked me during wano I would have been clowning the series.
Truly for me regardless of it's great, good, decent, subpar or bad I think the journey is what I'll love and remember more than anything but still believe Oda can deliver a fitting and satisfying conclusion plus major congratulations on 200K
Have you thought about kumas shadow? I haven't seen anybody else talking about it, but do you think Kuma might still have his personality in his shadow or maby since in thriller bark we saw Dr hogbacks Zombies corpse resist the orders of the shadow it could have been foreshadowing Kuma in some way
Oda has confirmed to have planned the ending even before he drew the first ink on the first panel. That is almost a guarantee of a decently planned ending. With that in mind it kind of does indicate that the last fight wouldn't feature IMU since I believe they were conceptualized 20 years into the manga. Which is good imo. That would just mean it's either Shanks, Blackbeard or Akainu. I really do not want the last opponent to be a 'Kaguya', if people get that reference.
@@ratedr7845 First of, I didn't say that I didn't want IMU to fight. I absolutely want them to have a battle vs Luffy and know everything about IMU. Secondly, 900 chapters and the main antagonist suddenly appears? Idc how good Oda is, that thing isn't going to fly as 'being planned all along' after the Gorosei were written as the highest form of authority for twenty years. That's like if Oda suddenly says there are four other pirates that are stronger than the Yonko. And last but not least, what's with your attitude of wanting to insult someone online over a non-aggressive opinion? Are you ODA himself and know exactly how the story is going to turn out? Go waste your time and energy somewhere else.
I'd love a 50-200 chapter spin off of nami exploring the 4 blue seas with only a few other members of the crew and some new side characters after one piece ends and fulfilling her dream of mapping the entire world. I think her dream is the only one that can't be fully realized in the main story
There’s no away in hell one piece will have the perfect ending, a lot of people will love it, a lot of people will hate it, a lot of people will be neutral about it, haven’t watched the video yet and I know morj can’t convince me otherwise
ya, well... That's the wise take. Twenty years of expectations and hype for the series have made our expectations sky high. I think people want the One Piece to be something unthinkable, something so complex and beautiful and amazing that you can tell they took 5+ years to think about how to do it perfectly. Buuuuuut I'm afraid that it won't play out that way... There will be people who love the ending, and those who are indifferent, or disappointed, or pissed.. There will be people suggesting ways it can be improved, and people will try to tear them to shreds. It'll be a whirlwind.. in every area we've been waiting: Mihawk's battle, Shanks, Elbaf, etc. etc. The Dawn is coming for these characters, yeah, but it'll be a little more chaotic for us.
As much as i love one piece it just bareñy cracks my top 10 but if it can nail its ending flawlessly it honestly jumps up to a 10/10 and top 3 works of fiction imo. That said, keeping my expectations low, alot can happen before the end and just hope oda can finish in good health the way he want.
i believe that the first scene of onepiece will also be the last one, oda said that he will release the final chapter with the last page missing, hidden somewhere in Japan
I really hope when we’re at the end and we finally see Luffy vs Imu we truly get a 1 v 1 battle of will against will. We see this reoccurring theme of luffy gaining victories because of others helping him. Whether it be covering for him while he recovers his strength or haki or like how the samurai injured kaido before luffy fought him, I feel like this final battle truly needs to rest on just luffy. I think it’d be a more powerful narrative since it’s always been luffy fights for his friends so his friends help him win to luffy is fighting for everyone’s freedom and only he alone as Nika can bring that freedom.
I think people have a problem subverting expectations. Game of Thrones is a great example of how much damage a truly bad ending can do to an entire franchise. Thankfully One Piece fans aren’t so deep into their own theories that they create an alternate reality around said narrative. *coughraidfails* Jokes aside, that’s why I think it’s important for us as a fanbase to be happy with what we get. Maybe the One Piece isn’t the journey we had along the way, but it sure feels great that the journey was part of it.
You know Oda has been holding onto his best ideas for these characters, after 20 years of thought, to drop at the very ending. I think it's just going to be spectacular. People are going to be blown away by final saga.
I don't care how long it will take to end One Piece but I hope Oda take the time and do what he always did. If possible, I want One Piece story go forever. That how I love the story. I'm so much enjoying to see the journey of Luffy and his strawhat pirates. Ngl after I watch/read One Piece, I can't even watch other anime properly because all other anime stories are too shallow and so random. Other anime plots are non-stop fight, hype, die, fight, hype, die, fight, hype, die.

I think the identity of the OP treasure itself will be a make or break as to if it will be considered a good /bad ending
This is the content that i subscribed to this channel for. I always celebrate when I get these ones being posted. Thanks Morj, these are the ones that make your channel unique from the others.
Morj: one piece ending will fail
Oda: your predictions will fail
their is going to be a final war with all the crews, and the dreams of luffy and zoro become reality here, since all the important crews will be their, zoro will face mihawk, and luffy will fight blackbeard, and once luffy wins he will see shanks and they will have a nice moment before luffy finds the one peice and his REAL dream is revealed
As long as Oda doesn't butcher Luffy's character like Isayama did with Eren i'll be okay.
The AOT ending was peak shut up
@@jaegerwhatifs4679 Me when i lie
@@MarianaBello-fq3hx You can’t even explain what’s so bad about it. And no, one oddly worded line doesn’t ruin the character.
@@meruemhisoka6471i mean he is not wrong tho
Eren decision to make rumbling and wiping out 80% of humanity just to feel down that he doesn't want his girl to marry with other guy
And about mikasa becoming so much important than protagonist that she was labeled to be the one who freed ymir which eren was the one who did it, aot just had to many plot holes even planning rumbling from the episode 1 but didn't find a better way to execute it is always makes me feel unreal
One of the main reasons why One Piece ending will be satisfactory is cause Oda is gonna tie every knot we want to be tied.
We wanna see the ruin of current system, The Dawn of the world, Luffy finally becoming Pirate King, Imu-sama and Void Century stuff, etc.
And after everything's done, Ain't no way anyone's leaving unsatisfied
I'm just worry about oda health and the amount of side character to deal
I feel you. I would be super sad if he died before the end like the author of Berserk Kentarō Miura and others would have to finish it.
The last chapter of OP will be a global event
I doubt Oda will mess up. I’m sure there’ll be a few plot threads people won’t be satisfied with but I think for the most part he’ll nail it.
Nothing can disappoint like Game of Thrones, Dexter or lost
Edit: I added lost for reliability but realized it is not general consensus so I take it back…instead I replace it with how I met your mother ending
I take issue with your assertion that Lost's ending was bad or disappointing.
Lost actually has a bold and interesting ending especially for the time it was aired, whether you personally like it or not, it doesn't deserve to be put next to GOT or Dexter imo.
@@ImAviex Considering that for years the producers of Lost kept saying it wasn't what it turned out to be, it was a lot less impactful at the time than you might think.
@@benabaxter and what would that be?
I love the LOST ending. I head about the ending being bad but when I watched it I wasn’t disappointed.
I think buggys gonna make some new buggy ball with the powder from Alabasta to give crocodile a pseudo awakening.
He can though for all of them except prob namis cuz that one prob requires an epilogue journey.
@@MrHerolet Brook's is actually the easiest because they'll mostly likely come out the other side before the final war even happens.
Bro he been nailing side characters for years, he just saving the best for last
Yeah this finals saga has to be packed because a lot of strawhats dreams, goals, and character arcs aren’t accomplished yet.
A hero who lost everything and couldn’t save the day…
I don't know if joyboy's flashback will surpass Kuma but it sure will be an epic one
What even are some examples of good endings, ending a story is so insanely hard
Man you're just hyping me up, aren't you? With a little tear I'm hyped.
I want to live to see the day Dragon actually does something lol
2024 is the year of the dragon, knowing oda he will cook.
11:00 maybe another red line is being built there 😂
11:50 I think, each main Straw Hat (the ones seen here) will get a second backstory, just like Sanji.
How do u put together the nami and ace one????? Both of bros parents died when bro was born
You were cooking until the last point on Namis lineage…

@@vegetsofray9163From a different video I saw. The other ones are my own ideas.
But if I hadn't watched that video, I wouln't have expected anybody else to get a second backstory.
Looking forward of the list of open questions after the story ended
All the little threads are being tied together like yarns that actually make total sense
This would be hilarious!
The more I keep thinking about all the plot threads Oda is handling at the same time, I get pretty nervous😅
I largely agree, but I think a negative of all of this is the core Strawhats being sidelined by all of these side characters.
I think he'll stick the landing in general while dropping the ball with "less important" Strawhats.
I mean 4 months later its all abouty lore rn so WE CAN BE WELL ASSURED ODA KNOWS THAT HE IS COOOOOOOKING
I am so excited for this final saga because I know that when we finally get the reveal of Luffy’s true dream it will be so impactful
Buggy = mr hercule satan
just as long as there is an actual ending ill be happy no matter what
Whatever the ending for One Piece is I will be happy and grateful!
Is it bad that I prefer really wanting a spectacular conclusion for ALL the strawhats more than tying all the loose ends of the great one piece lore?
We going to have both
Char focused
Yes I would actually
I’ll bet money Dragon gets one shot and beheaded by one of the Gods Knights.
LOL , morj giving the scabbards their respect, 2024 has truly arrived
It would be diff
@@syedhasnainali8282 I think the one of the greatest aspects of Marineford was that it was short. I don't think will go the same way
@@MarianaBello-fq3hx I am aware, I was just referring to that aspect.
I appreciate the small shade throwing at wano
No one likes the scabbards and yet Oda kept filling chapters with them to the brim 💀
Plenty of people like the scabbards.
All I hope is at the end of one piece luffy don’t die or nobody in Is his crew 😢❤ love one piece so much 💯
I’m so excited for elbalf just for Usopp’s character development
Oda has never let me down before, why would he start now.
I really do not want the last opponent to be a 'Kaguya', if people get that reference.
what makes you think Im wasn't planned? and why is that a good thing that Im isn't fighting? smh
@@EvilGeniusRANIK bro quit your fucking crying, i'll leave you and your sad opinion alone
Excellent video Morj
This why I am a planner, not a pantser. Its important to have a plan for a plot, you should know how it ends before you even begin.
I'd love a 50-200 chapter spin off of nami exploring the 4 blue seas with only a few other members of the crew and some new side characters after one piece ends and fulfilling her dream of mapping the entire world. I think her dream is the only one that can't be fully realized in the main story
I think oda is prob gonna retire or take a break. Mans been grinding for 20yrs
Yeah there’s just no way. Maybe a small epilogue arc at the end of series for each of the strawhats similar to the training arcs before time skip
@@thewinner439 yeah he'll definitely take a couple years off for sure. 😄😄
Maybe The Real One Piece Was the Friends We Made Along the Way
As much as i love one piece it just bareñy cracks my top 10 but if it can nail its ending flawlessly it honestly jumps up to a 10/10 and top 3 works of fiction imo.
Expect the ending to be shite...
... If you want to commit suicide by overwhelming euphoria.
One piece is the greatest anime of all time it's a part of my life I really love it ❤️
I think people have a problem subverting expectations.
0:12 since like 2018 ish due to memes spiderman 3 and bully maguire is top tier cinema
I really want Oda to keep some things in one piece unanswered to keep the amazing massiveness and mystery of the One Piece Wolrd
Awesome vid!
There is no way all of the fanbase is gone get satisfaction with ending
I mean I just hope it’s satisfying to terms of concluding EVEY
1079 was the most hype moment of 2023
You know Oda has been holding onto his best ideas for these characters, after 20 years of thought, to drop at the very ending. I think it's just going to be spectacular. People are going to be blown away by final saga.
Another 🔥 vid from the man himself
it will be perfect.
If the story ends without the full reveal of god valley incident, i swear........
No matter what some people will bitch about the ending
I don't care how long it will take to end One Piece but I hope Oda take the time and do what he always did. If possible, I want One Piece story go forever. That how I love the story. I'm so much enjoying to see the journey of Luffy and his strawhat pirates. Ngl after I watch/read One Piece, I can't even watch other anime properly because all other anime stories are too shallow and so random. Other anime plots are non-stop fight, hype, die, fight, hype, die, fight, hype, die.
I believe in Oda to cook the ending of OP to a majority satisfaction.
to me cross guild idea is still unbelivable its crazy
