I don’t know if you like cozy mysteries but Laura Child has Tea Shop Mysteries set I think in Louisiana. Simple to read and no gore or raunchy parts, and at the end there’s recipes. Just an idea, great video also🙂
I don't have any book recommendations but i would recommend downloading or purchasing your own book. Reason being if you check out a book and lose it on your trip you arent in debt to the library. Things happen and i know i would be angry if i accidentally left a book somewhere and had to later explain what happened
Lady Tan’s Circle of Women by Lisa See is soooo good!! It should be at the library.

A tree grows in Brooklyn by Betty Smith. Written in 1943…… Definitely worth the read
anything by James Rollins, Catherine Coulter or Preston & Child. All good easy reads
I use kindle and have kindle unlimited so we can read on the go. It does not require Internet to read once downloaded to device
Any book by Mitch Albom! He’s an amazing author and his books are generally quick reads with thought provoking content.
Ree Drummonds 'Black Heels to Cowboy boots' I think that the title or something close to it.
Couple of Australian authors Jackie French The schoolmaster daughter and Tea Copper is another one
