Can you elaborate on the 1/4 clear strip? I have a matte finish vinyl wrap, would it show glossy? Can you link that product? I had my truck vinyl wrapped for my company & they did a less than admirable job specifically on my back window... It has a center sliding window. The edge cuts aren't clean & some areas are lifting. Can I just trim 1/8 & heat on a low setting with my heat gun? I install high-end wallcoverings for a living so I won't have any issues fixing it myself with a straight edge & my Olfa knife with a fresh blade. Do you need to tuck the perforated vinyl on the right side of the center window that slides inwards to keep it from lifting or would that clear tape be enough? Appreciate any insight. Great tutorial.
I guess it's easier if you have graphics without straight copy of lines. If you have straight lines, how do you determine if it's straight especially if the window isn't level with the ground? Do you make the straight copy go with the window line or level with the ground? Sometimes level with the ground looks "off" to a window that is higher on one side or the other...
