We stayed in town but did the river walk that goes right by Riverside as an afternoon stroll, only flat trail in the area and has nice views. Visited the general store on the way back to grab something to drink. It's a very nice camp ground and you'll love the area. Plenty to do and the views are phenomenal anywhere you go.

I have never actually stayed in a cabin. Will be interested to see what others say.

That RV park looks really nice too and it’s closer to town. If you can get a spot song the river it’s really primo.

I think some of the cabins and pergola sites are updated but I would agree they have some room for improvement.
They are doing a lot of improvements this winter. Dog park, playgrounds, patio sites, upgraded wifi, and a few other things.
