As a high school teacher (and I taught EFL in Colombia for a couple of years myself), I know you're very familiar with structured lesson plans and progression. You should use those skills to develop an online course for those interested in OA books using Keepa and without having to buy any of the expensive arbitrage software programs out there (most of which don't even halfway work most of the time). You could also include Flipmine, Facebook, and other free or very low-cost options. The point is that your videos now are rather random and kind of all over the place. A systematic and progressive approach through specific modules and "slow-motion" instruction would be a great endeavor for those interested in your methodology and specifics. Just something to think about.
Hey Terry. That's great feedback, thank you. I was thinking of making an online guide -- I agree that structuring this content could be helpful for some. Thanks for the ideas!
So if you buy a book that's definitely a longtail, and then once you list it you get underpriced again by one or more sellers, how do you handle that? Do you price war with them down to your minimum, allow the book to sit at somewhere around its long-term average price, or perhaps some other strategy? Again, I'm referring to books that are definitely in the longtail category.
Great question. I may lower the price a bit if I really need to sell the book. I would not engage in a price war below my min price. If the book is still sitting for a long time and I still think it's undervalued, I might pull it from FBA, return it to my house, and then merchant fulfill it (I'd do this to avoid long term storage fees). Obviously longer tail books are much riskier, so the ROI potential has to be significant.
I bought a book from GW in Oregon that was listed in Acceptable condition. I received it today. It's actually in VG condition.
Awesome! I’ve also found that goodwill usually gives favorable condition notes. Usually they overdeliver.

Hi Joji, it seems that the discord link is invalid now. Is the server still available to join? Thanks!
Hey! That’s odd. I’ll take a look tonight and see what’s up!
@@jojidavenport Sounds good! I think the default expiration date is 7 days for those invite links, so will have to change it to expire "Never"
