There's a way to get out of this paralysing life situation (he's standing still), by focusing on what's left - or more clearly - what IS. By entering the present moment and staying in it, I may cross over those dangerous deep emotions (depression, grief), and find myself safe in the castle.

i'm no tarot reader, but based on what he said in the video, it seems like the person is focusing on who they've lost (their ex) when they should focus on the people and blessings they still have...so maybe that's an indirect answer...focus on who/what you have and don't worry about him or who he's with
