    In order to grow the “shelf” you need to work on movements that use the medius muscle. Compound movements that use the gluteus Maximus muscle will create the roundness in your glutes. You can’t necessarily grow your gluteus Maximus bottom or upper portion. It’s all one muscle.

      It’s literally the exact same things but focus on lower glutes instead of upper glutes when doing body weight to reprogram the lower glutes &’ most importantly MIND TO MUSCLE control before adding any weight again!

    Because you are helping me so much, I want to give you a little tip I think could help you lol. I bought a little shoe rack from Temu to put all my shoes in. It barely takes up any room and all my shoes are stacked on it very nicely.
    Its the least I could do 😅

    You are on point. Those golden nuggets mmc is uber important and form. I grew my glutes the same but i hated Bulgarian squats and hip thrust and i mainly loved deadlifts and did regular bar squats. So the type of exercise can be changed up but the mmc, at least 3x/wk , progressive overload and protein is key!

    Pre workout can be really dangerous per the individual! Not everybody handles it the same. Obv ppl know their own bodies best and hopefully can tell when theyre someone who's body doesn't process it the same as someone else, but Telling ppl they need preworkout to meet their goals is kind of uh.....girl no

    I totally agree with the first two. The last 3 ...I'm open to suggestions. Pre workouts I've taken in the past (2005) made my heart race too fast...maybe the current ones are better. The meal prep I do works for me...but I could see the benefits of having a company do that for you particularly if you're busy. The Bulgarian split squats ...I haven't tried much. The conventional high bar squat and barbell RDLs work well at growing my glutes. Though...I think it would be fun to try Bulgarias on the Smith Machine. Thanks for sharing...awesome before and after pictures😊.

    Some good tips in this video for sure gonna try out the pre workout and knee sleeves! Im also a big fan of bulgarians so they make a lot of sense! I know what you mean about the pre helping with mind muscle connection my pre is matcha for a little bit of caffeine but also l theanine and a tiny hit of weed I can literally feel the fibers dunno if thats what pre workouts do never had one so im curious to see how it compares to my lil combo

      Everybody has different limb ratios that result in maximum stretch of the muscle. Most of why girls arnt feeling there glutes is because they are focusing too hard on form instead of the muscle.
