Is there any danger of the trichinella getting on a wooden cutting board and surviving hand washing to contaminate the next thing you cut on the board?
Great minds think alike!! We do have a "Fresh Snacks" cooking series. We usually make those in the early spring/summer. Here's one from last year's turkey season -th-cam.com/video/xJVYWxrIhRM/w-d-xo.html
I was going to say you should do a pronghorn recipe but then I thought it would be criminal to not just make pronghorn easy it's too good to dress up with a whole recipe. Grill or pan fry in butter and onion is all you need.
I’ve been waiting for the Kim Newberg chili recipe, I hope that’s coming next!
Looks delicious. I love wild game stews, so I'll have to try that one.
I'll have to re-watch this one next spring. Already ate all of my bear this season.
Think I’m going to try it on a venison roast
That looks unbearably delicious 😂
Don't have any bear 🐻 meat but I'm gonna try that with just a roast

Yo quiero mucho a la fauna silvestres, como a los Osos, sin embargo, no voy a negar que quiero comer carne de Oso a las brasas 😎
Cook books are just suggestions 😅
Biscuit homade would have been over the top
Yummy
Smelled great, looks tough tho?
Can't go wrong with a Hank Shaw recipe. Turned my vegetarian wife into a meat eater with his Steak Diane using a pronghorn backstrap.
You should call your cooking episodes "fresh snacks"!
