before 1 day take a 1 glass of water and add 1 tsp methidana ,1tsp kalonji soak overnight and 2 nd day boil it and put handfull of fresh curry patta ( u don't have fresh then u can use dry leaves mix with overnight) boiled it almost 5 to 7 min atleast 25% boiled and cool down and strain it and ur serum is ready use daily yeh 1week k liye hai or every week new banana hai and rest of part crush it and apply 1 day in week aur length short hai to 2times a week like tuesday and Saturday after 3 months result r clear and haa 1time use mai hai hairfall cum ho jate hai

Day 3 remedy can be done. Also one remedy where hibiscus, nigela seeds, fenugreek seeds and some other ingredients were boiled and the tonic was used that can also be done. I too lived in hostel for 3 years I use to do the oiling related and any toner type type of remedy.
You can absolutely boil the fenugreek in cattle/heater and use toner or you can just let methi soak for overnight +half more day and use the water as toner and if you are concerned about the seeds then can sprout them and consume it.
