God knows how much I needed this video. I’ve been so overwhelmed and had no idea how to deal with it. It was starting to take over my life. I was never taught how to properly deal with these kinds of emotions. After watching this video, I realized I’ve been putting my energy into everything but myself and wasn’t being selective with it. I was giving it away to other people when I needed it the most. Now I’m going to use this season to put all my energy back into myself. Thank you Hindz❤

Great video, really speaks to me atm. I’m realizing in order to be my greatest version, I must be aligned with whatever serves my future self now. Sorta like training myself daily for what the future will consist of and what it will not. It’s like night and day, and I can see why staying in this old cycle seems so comfortable and safe, but at the same time I’m faced with an opportunity for growth. Man no wonder it scares me, it’s uncertain, but I love the thrill so ima just go for it. Much love
