The data we receive from the URL contains XML, which may include junk characters like &. These characters can cause errors when fetching values in OIC. Could you please help in resolving this issue

How to convert CSV to XML. CSV will be generic, like sometimes CSV will 10 columns and sometime it may be 20 columns and CSV format is consists. how do we convert CSV to XML format

There are lot of solutions available on stackoverflow on using parsexml function in xslt, and if you are not comfortable in using then in mapper then you can write the string xml to a file using stage action and then read the XML
