@@Swzs nah it's a bad method, though instead of selling them for gems, trade them for rrs, just sell frost binds for 3-4 rrs each, and buy frost for 2-2.5rr each, it's a very good method though if you're only grinding fro ToE it's bad, buy bulk from booths if u can. And as a reminder do NOT sell any of frosts and rrs on booths for gems. The price value of trait/rr is 1k gems and frost binds for 3k-4k gems so u can just trade them instead of getting gems.
