Thanks for the video. I was able to open the bottom propeller and found a safety pin. Can't see anything else down there, but the same grating sound is still coming. Any suggestions please!

The professional way is to leave the propeller screw in place for one third and pull it up.

i didnt have to go through all that . Same problem but through experience stuff get caught near the water pump . it is located on the back at the bottom there is a screw on port just pultt it out retrieve what ever that made that far like coins bra wire jewelry . reinstall ready to go. front loader its in the front down low. might have to take a cover off . it saves a service call.
