Raghupur Fort Trek Himachal Pradesh

Raghupur Fort - The Highest Fort of India in Himalayas at the height of at 12000 feet.
Raghupur Fort is a historic place which is believed to be built by Mandi rulers, to protect themselves from the invasion.
The trek to Raghupur Fort is a 3-4 km climb from Jalori Pass, through oak and rhododendron forests. The way is covered with lush green oaks and rhododendrons with great Himalayas in backdrop. We hiked for about two hours from Jalori pass to reach the Raghupur Fort top.
The Raghupur Fort is a picturesque fort located in the Tirthan Valley region of Himachal Pradesh in the Indian subcontinent. The Raghupur fort is situated at a height of 3540 m.
A historic site, the Fort is always surrounded by dense fog and lush green meadows. The fort is an iconic spot for capturing breathtaking pictures, admiring the natural beauty of the surroundings and relaxing away from the alluring city lights.
The elevated height and location of the Fort also provide camping opportunities.
The serene atmosphere and the panoramic view of the fort offer a delightful experience to the tourists here.
To complete this trek you need 1-2 hours or according to your speed. This trek is filled with lush greenery with deodar trees 🌴.
The total cost of trip is around 4000-5000 rupees for 2 nights and 3 days including jibhi with serolsar lake and tirthan valley.
