Since you mentioned Cher then you have to know about human voice registers. For female there are three categories Soprano is the highest, Mezzo/Soprano is the middle ground and Contralto is the lowest and rarest of all voice register including that from males. Cher and Diana are both contraltos that is why you found their voices kind of similar but that is where the similarities end because Diana is classified as a "Dramatic Contralto" which is rarer and even deeper type of register than that of usual contraltos. She also can go a lot lower than Cher and way way higher than Cher ever did since she also has a huge range, she can flip from male Baritone range to female Soprano in a heartbeat and the most surprising thing is her age, she was only 15 years old in the video you just saw (19 years old currently), her voice went deeper with age you should hear more from her she will blow your minds with what she can do. I watched CHER live and DIANA was only “15” here so her vocals are even deeper and darker naturally. In an interview she can easily sing lower notes but her head voice is absolutely STUNNING. This video is now four years old and Diana was 15 at the time of recording. The show itself is called "You Are Super" from the Russian TV channel NTV - it is a talent competition for children from disadvantaged backgrounds (Diana had spent some time in an orphanage, after being abandoned, before being adopted). I assumed there had been a problem with uploading, otherwise, I would have seen it earlier in my recommendations and I noticed the view count was rather low. This isn't uncommon with reactions to Diana with regard to performances on TV shows - sometimes you're better dating the release a few days in the future to allow for this possibility in case a dispute needs to be filed. If you see the logo "HTB" (Russian letters for "NTV") on the video, you need to bear this in mind. For Diana's own releases, live or studio, this shouldn't be a problem as she doesn't block her own copyrights. She has a lot of original stuff on her TH-cam channel.
