- Hi there friends! It’s packing week for my Summer in Greece launch! Wowee, this week was BUSY. I worked several 12 hour days this week, folded an endless amount of boxes and shipped over 200 orders! A special big thank you to anyone that placed an order for this launch, your support means so much to me and I am soooo happy you all have been loving the new Summer in Greece designs so much. :)

I saw your post on Facebook about Misty & since I'm not a member of Facebook, I wanted to leave you a comment here. I really understand your pain as I lost my soulmate cat named Muffin in February 2023 💔 She was almost 14 years old & I'd had her since she was a little kitten. She was my baby & treated me like I was her mother. We had such a close bond unlike any I've ever had with any other cats I've owned. Losing her is something I still haven't really dealt with because it's too painful. I think it's wonderful that you're honoring Misty's memory & donating to a wonderful cause. I own the "Kitty Reading on the Moon" bookmark that you made of her. I just wanted to let you know that I'm thinking of you & praying for you today ❤️ I wish you peace & that your grief will get easier as time goes by. Please take care, Emily ❤️

I'm just starting the video but YES, I love the headbands. In fact, I'd take that pink polka dot one (and a sagey green one and a blue dot one LOL). Congrats on a successful launch! I love my little order of notepad, sticky notes, sticker sheet and washi tape. My hubs walked past as I was unboxing and said, 'oh, those are pretty!'. 🙂

Desk! Playing catch up these past few weeks because I've been so busy, glad you protected yourself from that spider! I like headbands, but the stretchy cloth ones, because the sticks hurt my temples, but wouldn't it be cute to make a mini Boonard plushy, and stick him on top of one of those headbands, like they do with Christmas tree headbands or antlers?

I still can’t get over how much I love my DESK mat (I got the bookish florals design)! It definitely brightens my work day! I am so excited for the lemon print desk mat! I would love for them to be available at Black Friday because I would be getting one for myself but also one for my sister as a Christmas gift. She isn’t bookish like me but I know she would absolutely love a bright and cheery pop of color at work! 💙

Thankyou so much for doing these videos. You have encouraged my two daughters to start their own small business from home. They have picked their themes and products that they want to sell and are at the design creation stage. I think the hardest part for them starting out is choosing the best programs for designing and platforms for selling that best suit them. They were curious how you find providers for products that you don’t make only by yourself or products that you need to purchase like mailing items? Is it just trial and error at first because that is scary when starting out. Sometimes it feels like they want to keep costs low but don’t want that to to lower the quality of their items. You make it all look so easy.
I think they are going to start with a POD platform first just to see if things sell before putting in to much $$$ on things that may not work.
Anyway, all that to say that we love what you do and are glad you do these videos so we get a realistic feel for how life of a small business owner can be. :)
Oh and yes, headbands would be an awesome addition. And we just got to the word of the week! Desk!
A great way to find manufacturers would be to google search the product they’re looking for plus the print service. Ex: custom notebook printer, custom notebook print on demand, wholesale custom notebook manufacturer ☺️

Hi Emily. I haven't seen the whole video yet, but I wanted to mention that I have seen people cut down the corners of the boxes and fold them more so that the box will be smaller. That way, it won't have so much dead space in it. Im sure it would be more work, but maybe it's better than using so much filler paper.
Edit: qlso i think you can buy boxes that are made to get smaller if needed. Maybe you could look into it. That way, your boxes would be kore versatile. BTW love the new products. ❤
Edit again, lol. I looked it up and they are called muti dept boxes.
Ohhhhhh I’ll have to look into those kinds of boxes! 🥰 thankfully after I used these up I found some that weren’t so tall that have been working out great! ☺️

A good variety of headband so your designs would show - like fully show - are the fabric type (garterized) and I'd like to see your designs in a scarf, too.
