Freshers don't have dedication, a company needs. There are so many instances where they are hired but on the day of induction they don't appear. Some take training and leave. Some gains experience, get it on papers and leave the job for more money.
@siddharthsuresh9285 true to some extent. The majority of experienced people look for upskilling and growth within the org. But for freshers, whichever company shows them the money, they switch instantly.
Some people in authority take advantage of thier experience and position and treat new interns with rudeness and disrespect. They won't even throw a glance at your work on which you might have spent hours. Instead of motivating and training they demotivate, disregard and publicly humiliate you to an extent that it takes away all your confidence and self worth. Sad to say such officials still do exist.
If i was in nisha's place I would not even come back for even a formal talk I am definitely so sorry Coz I also have worked in my previous job Where everyone became toxic at once!!! Ohhhhh Really WEIRD I am not sorry for them ok I am in my best way, that's why they're jealous
Yaar mujhe ek cheez samaj nahi aata. Once it's very clear to us that the other person has realized their mistake, what's the harm in forgiving them? Why always have that revenge mentality... It was clear to her that the boss had realised his mistake, right....Then why couldn't she have forgiven him and rejoined the company?
He made a mistake, yes, but don't all of us make mistakes? So once he had realised his mistake, why couldn't she have forgiven him and rejoined the company
Every company want experienced person but don’t want to train freshers.
Actually it's true. And when these freshers get job in abroad countries, then they say ki brain drain ho rahi hain humari country mein 😑😑😑

Sometimes the employees are sincere but the bosses are outdated...🙄
Leave them & put them out in the pastures to graze!!

Nisha should have joined the old man's rival company and do a reel for them instead. The old man was so nasty towards her.
That guy was totally stuck in the middle ages!!! Didn't want to see anything, other than HIS generation!!!
