Why this little town up Dumaguete is loved by expats | Valencia Philippines

My expat friend told me there are so many expats living in Valencia these days. And many are wanting to buy a property in there. In this afternoon, I went uptown to Valencia town which is just around 10 to 20 minutes drive from Dumaguete City depending on the traffic.

Valencia is very nicely laid out city with lots of nature, slightly cooler climate. But it's getting crowded too with lots of foreign residents, so the gov't will have to ensure they can keep as neat and tidy.

I don't think i agree.. I just think bicol is just less attractive for expats. They came here for Dumaguete. But Valencia too because valencia is just near (15min) from Dumaguete

Dumaguete come Bicol is the most beautifull in the phil. Just look my video and i hope you no cardiac because you will be chok. I was valancia dumaguete pamplona etc. When i arrive Bicol first time all filipino told me here no american they go dumaguete for young girl.
