Well, sadly no, you as a level twenty-thirty something are missing some key abilities and perks which come at levels, and the link shows which flashpoints are matched to your levels for using better and better abilities. Originally, the flashpoints popped up according to your level, and matched your abilities and perks. Now, it's pretty much random. The best one? I am here to say for Empire, it's the Black Talon. And, playing it Light Side gives very surprising perks and advantages! For Republic, I'd have to say Esseles or Taral V (pack a picnic lunch for that one, it takes forever). When you fellas get pretty confident and have some sweet,sweet purples under your skirts, we'll take you two through Kaon under Siege and Lost island, our Zombie Outbreak flashpoints. MUAHAHAH. I guarantee it will be unforgettable, especially with some friends as you try to keep your face from being eaten off. Send me a note and we'll hook up and rock the server, lads! -Raulen
You won't have to worry about the chat restriction. They should be removed now so you should be able to chat freely :) 2. The restrictions were there previously due to scammers but they decided to lighten up and let the dog lose

Boogie Thug Rose this legit just made me spit soda everywhere. Because of course I read it in the voice. XD. 2 of our teams pc’s went down 2 weeks ago and only one has bounced back, but I promise you, come hell or high water, new SWTOR content is coming this week.
You likely already discovered you can chat at level 25. There were too many low-level F2P (free-to-play) gold sellers spamming chat. Since it takes work to get to 25 there are fewer spammers now. Similar for mail restrictions.
