Nice capture. Now i got. IR constructed new tunnel & new platform on Mumbra for slow local. So, all Fast local will diverted onto old line(slow line) & will go via Mumbra to Kalyan from Thane? And old Fast local/Express train tunnel will be only from Express, right?

At present MEMU is there between Panvel to Dahanu. Thane/Diva - Panvel Local pending since many years upto CSMT.
