On the yellow road markings: This is changing at least in Finland. In 2020 new law came into effect that removed yellow markings with three year period before everything needs to be changed. So as we get more photos, we should see fewer and fewer of those. Not sure if this is EU-wide standardization or not, but since Norway isn't part of the EU, this might become a future real meta in most of Europe.
The white flower meta is false. Latvia, Lithuiana, Russia (St. Petersburg area) and even as far down as Poland have much white flowers almost everywhere on trails, roads and trekker etc..
I'm from Estonia, I personally believe that the white flowers are a fake meta, but they are pretty common here :D (totally unrelated) I've been playing Estonia map for a while, and if someone wants a tip for if you know you're Estonia is if you see snow coverage its 99% going to be in/near Tallinn. Haven't seen snow coverage anywhere else. (EDIT: snow is also in Rakvere, but very rare)
