He is in remission for cancer and the chemotherapy messed up his gut to the point that all he can eat (without intense pain) is meat, eggs, cheese, and dairy (like heavy whipping cream). I am getting ready to make the yogurt and egg cake for him. We both love your videos and look forward to watching them every week. You have made both of us very happy with this video. Please share as many keto or carnivore recipes as you like!! Have you thought about creating a cook book? I know for a fact I will buy one if you do, especially if it has recipes in it like you shared in this video.

I think this should have been titled, "Diet for a heart attack". This guy obviously has WAY too much time on his hands. But I loved the part where he pulls the eggs out of his pants pockets. He must need to change his pants a lot.

Every time I wanted to do it I watched that part again and again to remember every step... Now I remember it quite good, but my point is, that I certenly will be watching this one again couple of times :D
Anybody Tried slapping a slice or two of cheese onto baking paper, and then folding under and over the slice, once it has been wrapped up "enclosed" slap into the microwave for a few seconds "every microwave is different so keep count of the seconds that provides a crispy coated or crispy slice of cheese... Enjoy! Variation to that is place baking paper into a bowl and place bacon, egg and then a slice of cheese, microwave until egg has cooked, place the delight on a bun or in-between two slices of bread that has olive Margarine on them.
Well this is great content for people on carnivore diet and people wanting to stay healthy as long as they ditch the bread and I’d rather use a substitute sugar with nutritional benefits like authentic maple syrup. I wouldn’t use honey as is toxic when heated to a high temperature. I’m excited about the first sauce he made that was super healthy. The one where you put the eggs back into the frying pan with sauce that really made me salivate. The last one was a little unhealthy in that it had too much bread and bread and sugar is now in the realms of super unhealthy!!😊❤
So, basically, the Tomago egg sandwich is a normal british egg sandwich but with cheese and toasted...? BTW rather than seperating the yolks and whites, using a spoon to mash them up directly is a quicker method and does pretty much the same thing. Growing up, we used to have that in sandwiches with marmite.
