As a Ladakhi i've always wanted to visit tibet, where so many accomplished masters carried out so many enlightened deeds. My great-grandfather visited tibet and my maternal great-grandfathers used to go to tibet for trade. I found out that Ladakh and Tibet were one country during the times of Chosgyal Trisong Detsen.
This man needs to eat his ancestrally appropriate pure nomadic diet, which is primarily a ruminant red meat diet, and give up all sugars and carbohydrate-rich foods like tsampa, bread, and rice as they all turn into sugar once you ingest them. No alcohol, either. You can see that his neurological processing is slower than usual, and his hands shake. Ketone is a cleaner fuel for his brain than carbohydrates. Your body will switch to fat burning after a few days of stopping the carbohydrates. Eliminating all carbs and eating high-fat red meat will help reverse or improve these conditions, depending on the severity. And drink salted teas, with or without butter. Salt is an essential electrolyte that humans must consume. Fruit's natural sugar fructose is toxic to the human body and brain.
