Julia loved collecting cooking gadgets, as demonstrated by her pulling out the positively medieval torture chamber looking mezzaluna to chop the mushrooms. And that green bean “poker” -- I’m sure it kept Jacques in line. 😂

I never realized how much she influenced my ma and dad when I was little with how they prepared things. God bless her. A lot these are to die for. Awesome!
