I'm thinking how when I grew up,my mother made it a point to make me feel soo special on my birthdays and it meant the world to me then I became an adult and now I'm on some "birthdays aren't that deep" and in as much as I don't want to admit it,it's a wall I put up just so that I don't get disappointed.

Paulina was my hair stylist for years. She’s amazing. I usually fall asleep when getting my hair done so it’s worse coz they have to wake me up every 3 seconds to help with the hair. Imagine. I always wondered why they don’t just do it themselves 😢 Maybe I might try speaking up for myself as well. But I’m proud of you for standing up for yourself.
Don't let it get to the point where you have to refuse. Tell them as you arrive. Politely and with a smile. Boundaries nje getting exactly what you're paying for. If it's an issue, find another salon.

I’ll pull out the hair maybe for three lines and then someone will come and help the hairstylist, so it’s not a hassle for me and my stylist knows that I’m lazy so she just lets me chill and use the WiFi to use for social media and damn you are so correct we must learn to speak up, luckily enough my nail tech knows what she does so I’m always happy after she gets the job done

Then it’s the salons duty to employ someone who will do this for all the the stylists. If i pay a company clean my place, i’m not helping them to speed up the process. Telling you that she was going to take longer is just ridiculous in my opinion 😅
