Sir I have a question i.e in my org (hybrid environment) I am facing an issues with autodiscover process for External clients only who are connected via Internet from non domain joined system. We have our CNAME published at public DNS which is pointing External load balancer and LB is pointing Exchange On prem servers but somehow autodiscover is not working. Even if VPN is connected still its not working from workgroup system. I have found in all our 3 On-Prem servers Autodiscover InternalUrl&ExternalUrl is not set/Empty. Seeking your suggestion here please. Is it Internal request getting processed by SCP and external request not working for those Url not set up, not sure ? Please help

Authentication will happen directly with AD for access token but in that case you have to exclude scenarios accessing from Internet or else you need proxies for your AD server to handle requests from internet for access tokens...
If ADFS not used for authentication, you can use PTA or PHS, PTA is agent based which deployed in onprem and more or less it also follows same path as ADFS.. Wherein, PHS is the option when you have passwords synced to Azure AD and All users will get Authenticated against AAD and there is no auth req will come to on-premises. Sorry but I have to downvote this video, because Im really struggling with following things in the video: pronunciation, speeking too quickly and overall english. When I watch a tech video as a user I have to focus on the tech part, and not the understanding language part. Im sure you have the technical background with ur certificates, but as a consulant you should really improve your english.

not actually.. it is completely up to you depending on the authentication you as Adds Federation, PHS, Cloud only authentication
