A officer should not be asking any American citizen about weapons (arms) period,a competent law enforcement official should know that all citizens are protected under the constitution supreme law of the land.

Possession of a firearm is legal everywhere in the united states of America, every square inch of the united states of America is protected under the constitution of the united states of America supreme law of the land.

Yes, but Pringle also gave a confession stating the drugs were his after the fact. The other passenger and driver were then released.
