Forgotten Paradise - Life in a Hamlet | Documentary Film

🟣 Setting out from Yeşiltepe village of Rize, Selim Hutoğlu (35), Nurcan Demirbaş (47) and their families set off with their cows towards Kantarlı hamlet of Hemşin, keeping the tradition alive for years. Although animal husbandry has ended in their village, this family has maintained their devotion to their cows and have become the last representatives of the village to look after animals. The animal husbandry family, who plan to stay in the hamlet for an average of 20 days, is making their seventh migration this year. Although the loads that used to be carried on backs have now been replaced by trucks, the spirit of the migration does not change. The migration, which is completed by each member of the family supporting each other, ends with the cows meeting the greenery.
