- hello frens~ i'm sure you guys have heard about the recent hate crimes against the AAPI community. i'm deeply upset and worry about my friends and their families, as well as my own safety every single day. these past weeks have been scary, stressful, and exhausting. it breaks my heart every time i go on instagram only to see several new attacks that have occurred. the fact that people are targeting our women and elders is disgusting. there needs to be change. pls educate yourself, spread awareness, advocate & stand with us. to my fellow APPI's, however you're choosing to process all of this is valid and don't forget to care of your mental health! stay safe♡

this week's video is a bit different. tbh i haven't been in the mood to pick up the camera to vlog, but i took an afternoon to start journaling, which is something that i've been wanting to do for so long. even though i'm still a noob, it was quite relaxing and a nice distraction from everything going on. i hope that this video acts as a little dose of positivity for you guys ☆* ヾ
