This is one of the good old budget setups that I occasionally see in the upper leagues. It is not a meta bomber by any means but with some strategic and careful use it can indeed cause Havoc. The EMP of whiteout is also surprisingly helpful in many instances and well suited for this setup. What do you think of this combo?
It's known to be decent and hopefully will remain that way. I think a normal Ravana with the blue paintjob and normal or Skydriver Cryos could have been more interesting overall, since those rockets become decent only recently.
All good, nice playing, but where did u find 2 games without condors, raptors and new stupid OP weapons? I have like 3 condors every round on enemy side.
I’m trying to copy this build. Still have a long way to go leveling up the weapons and drone. Ravana is mk3-1. But Havocs are not high enough yet. Whiteout is lvl 4.
That's the trick with the Havoc Ravana, you engage and once your clip is empty you retreat and reload and go again. I've seen so many players make the mistake of trying to stand and fight and that's not what Ravana is good at. It's not a tank, it's a hit and run type deal. Especially with Havocs. I was quite surprised you went with whiteout at first but it does actually make a lot of sense with this set up as you have to close with the range of Havocs. Nicely executed. 👌

I just got encouraged to use Ravana again & the way u took down that robot that can back step multiple times , Really inspiring & the way u also phase shifted shooting the other opp while that sonic Ocho.. was shooting just a masterpiece kind of work also the escape after taking down that sheriff Demeter at the beacon just wow ! 🙏 Still haven't finished but so far just amazing heroic effort

At 3:20, I don't like that Cleanse stacks don't just remove the Suppression effect but also grant immunity to it. That Nightingale should be able to take off 1 stack for each shot of its gun 😤 That aside, nice gameplay.

I'm still playing on this build and even the drone is the same. but the problem is that there are already quite a lot of strong robots in the game, and especially weapons, and this prevents this assembly from playing. this indicates the need for rebalancing among robots and weapons, too strong characteristics, and budget weapons should also drag in the game.
Hiruko is much better on Ravana than Whiteout: 30% damage boost and hp increase. Spikes sometimes works better on Ravana than Havocs. Overall, good gameplay.
The fact that acoustic shotguns are more or less gone from the meta is crazy. Like I know we have a better sonic weapons, but practicaly no one uses harpoon, rust and DoT machine guns except for Subduer, cryo nade launchers. Man, even tesla and vacuums are rare. The only weapon that competes with them is cryo rocket launcher branch. The hell is going on??
Ravana is still great when played right, and Whiteout is a surprisingly good drone for its tier. However, this meta is just not great for the Havoc family. Too many shields, reflectors, sources of resistance, DMI, grey healing, etc. Combine that with a very short effective range and long reload and they've just become...meh. I think Mace, Cryo, and even Shatter are far better and more versatile F2P friendly options as of now.
@@didirrr not sure if there were any skills… all I did was brawling him and only used cover a little bit. The thing is my Ravana already had maxed module activated while the MK3 Raptor just spawned.
Fenrir or ravana doesnt matter theyre all getting smoked by a condor, raptor or Mauler. I dont care if its a fenrir or ravana infront of my hangar it might as well be a cossack

the cryo rockets work better and have for a while they reload much faster

The ravana is a tank I've seen people run different builds and still come out on top, I run the same build and took out a few meta bots with it.

The old rust weapons aren’t much powerful enough anymore. We also have Avalon, so it’s a bit hard Id say.
