Thanks for sharing your thoughts ...those of us who can work from home and have some savings are so lucky right now...I feel terrible for the stress others are facing loosing their income and jobs. My family is working from home right now and my daughter is a first yr teacher...she is amazing and cares so much for those kids and working all hrs to keep them engaged and still learning! This is my second week of working from home, and I get up in the morning and at least put on some makeup! It sounds simple but it helps! Our society will hopefully come out of this with a new appreciation and gratefulness of what we do have...and the understanding that we are all one...wanting to help others that may have not faired so well with all these shutdowns. Getting out and getting some sun is so good for our mood...blessings to you and all of us as we find a new way of being. 💜

I've been thinking about all you extroverts during this time. I'm a social introvert. I like having social time during each day but recharge when I'm alone. The being alone part of this whole thing doesn't upset me. Each day I go out and talk to neighbors while keeping my distance and/or talk to friends and family on the phone or via zoom. My son who is also isolated and finishing culinary school online comes over on the weekends. I still have the stress of thinking about all of the people who are sick and struggling financially and the stress of the potential of getting the virus but you extroverts have that additional layer of stress of feeling isolated and being unable to recharge your spirit in social gatherings. I feel for you Lissy. It must be terribly difficult. xoxo

Loved the first episode and you are so right this is teaching us to be less wasteful. I definitely find myself throwing away less food etc. But I do think we should all try to get dressed etc as it will make us feel better. Especially for someone as stylish as you are. And you love clothes etc so it will bring a bit of joy to your life. Not saying this to criticise you, it's just some advice from someone who has been in quarantine for longer! Also isn't techology so helpful and increadible? It shows how us humans can do some really amazing things (and some horrible ones too). It's up to us. Stay safe xoxo

glad you are okay and I love when you post videos. I work for a high tech company in the Bay Area and last week was my first week working from home. It is a hard adjustment for me, I also miss the social aspects of going into the office and seeing all my coworkers. The other thing is getting dressed. I finally toss my crap in the wash. Not motivated right now with not knowing when my company will allow us back at work. Hang in there. Keep filming if you can. Just done my first week of working from home too and i don’t like it either. Just need to keep going and we can all look back on this in a few weeks/months when it is over. Will definitely appreciate just being around other people and some normality, I will never complain about my commute to work again! All the best, we will get through this 🙂

In NYC as well I've asked myself what are we needing to learn from this. I luv luxury beauty. I never cooked for myself. Now I do. All I ever kept in the fridge was champagne, Diet Coke and water. Went outside for some sun today. Buying mani/pedi supplies and going to grocery instead of Bergdorf Goodman. Loving Coumo. It's a lot to take in Lissy. Zoom was a big IPO. I'm losing weight cooking for myself. Stay strong were in this together

My daughter lives in Queens and is working from home now, we always chat alot, but she's been calling me even more lately, like you she's by herself and misses her usual routine.
