when I first encountered one on my melee character I was like "NO I CANT EVEN FIGHT YOU GO AWAY PLEASE" and dogmeat ran up to him and just took the mini nuke for me
It also leads to much VATS based hilarity when you time it just right.

brady robertson I'm experienced, but I still nearly shit myself when I hear that sound, then high-five myself after I take him out, especially if his buddies are nearby.

I once used a palowski preservation shelter to hide from a sentry bot in survival. Worked like a charm!... ...Until I exited...

The wrost thing that happened to me was going into the air then falling down to death it was werid

I once hid from a sentry bot behind some crates and it started looking for me. It got so close to finding me that I could see the red light on its head start to come around the crates, and then it switched to hidden and left. Nearly shat myself.

Whoever programmed it was not thinking and caused a recursive loop.
Using a glitched out Super Mutant as cover is the greatest moment of tactical genius I've seen in years.
I used to pick up trash cans and bodies in new vegas and carry them in front of me to sneak around enemies.
William Jones I still do this sort of thing, but I use the bodies for cover against turrets

They are actually the scariest enemies to me.
I always panic and desperately shoot/whack them
I despise mole rats, bloatflies and radscorpions. The bloatflies are so hard to shoot because they don’t fly straight, and the other two literally just teleporte by burrowing to you.
Veroxzes bloodbugs and bloatflies ughh

Or, alternatively, as a big-guns/melee power armor build playing fallout 4 on survival difficulty, it's just a copious amount of time cringing every time you sweep something's head clean off with a super sledge, be it man, monster, or machine. They're the lucky ones, they dont live long enough to see what happened to their heads.

And legendary sentries do it twice.

every robot (except eyebots) can explode if you have Robotics Expert!

shit it down *before* you do that, otherwise it'll keep attacking
and yes, you can just: hack > shut down > return > self-destruct *without* having to re-hack it

Nope, the free man, the gun he was using is actually considered a higher lvl weapon and is used by specific class builds. And it seems to me, if he was wearing combat armour, that must mean he must've been doing a big guns build or melee build, the free man in fall out 4 filters into the big guns section .____________________________. I play too many videogames ._____________.

Those things scare me more than suicider super mutants. If you're in Power Armor at full health with little rads, you can tank it. Assaultron? You may as well be in your underwear wearing cardboard boxes. That X-Men Cyclops beam will cause a VERY quick game over if you don't move quickly.

By the time I encountered the one between Breakheart and The Slog, I had already found a few. Tough, but I knew how to deal with them. I didn't realize at higher levels they had cloaking abilities. I thought maybe it glitched out a teleported away. Nope, it drilled into me with both claws (hands, whatever) then fried me with the nose blaster.
And when he popped the Legendary one, not knowing they go mininuke

The first time I found and a assaultron, I tried shooting at it and got turned into ash intstantly. Full combat armor, ballistic weave, turned into ash.
