Dollar tree has a lot of types of freeze dried fruit and the only sugar is added to the strawberries, because they tend to be sour. And they are extremely low calorie

I've never understood why people comment that you pack too much! It's not like you expect your children to eat every last bite and you don't ever seem mad when they don't. I'm sure the girls would rather have too much food packed than eat everything and still be hungry!

Well since he's use to the tv dinners, try to recreate one but with fresh food :) Find out what fruits / veggies he likes and build on that! :) That's a great idea for a video though! I think a lot of people could benefit from it!

I got the pumpkin pie larabars a year ago and no one liked them and the mint chocolate also. My dad ate them because he wanted them out of the house. Cashew cookie, carrot cake, chocolate chip cookie are my favorites. The chocolate coconut one I'm making my own of those now.

I finally found the seasonal larabars! My target doesn't have them but Stop and Shop did. (I don't think you have them down there.) They were selling them as singles not boxes and I only bought 2 bars. Totally kicking myself for not getting more.

He's so particular about textures and such that I never know what he will eat, how much, or when, so I always pack more for him. I wish he would eat half the stuff your girls do.
Oh man!! Avalina can be picky with her textures too!! I think it's always better to overpack-- unless you're traveling, clothes are a different story! lol ... maybe not shoes..
My twins have congenital heart defects so they burn a lot of calories. They eat a lot of food to keep weight on and eat about that much for a meal at 3 years old. I will always pack to much for lunch and no one can tell me otherwise.

At sams club they have mini Lara bars that come in a pack of 30 the chocolate chip cookie dough and the other one with the darker brown package🤣🤷🏼♀️

I microwave it, but then it sits on an ice pack all day haha so I'm sure by the time they eat it it is cold, but they usually don't care! lol
