Depression was serious illness,couldn't every one surrounds him, saw his odd behaviour? I have families who's living on depression,one of them survived and live happily after years of therapy w/ family support,and the other been schizophrenic, coz of ignorance. Leslie suffered clinical depression it changes your brain chemistry and it does affect your well being; your mood etc. It is very sad it happened to such handsome, good hearted, talented man! We are all very sad for his passing! He really did not commit suicide; it is the illness that took him away from his beloved Daffy Tong, his family, friends, associates and the fans that adore and love him!
If Gor Gor was taking anti depressive drug before his suicide , it might be the cause of his death. The side effect many anti depressive drugs are actually suicidal thoughts and tendencies. Don't take my words and find out for yourself ....

I still can not fully accept the fact that he has passed away.

佛號功德利益確實不可思議，可以說世出世間第一法，沒有任何一法能超過。換句話說，你在這個世間，修積無量無邊功德善福，都比不上至心恭敬念一句阿彌陀佛，比不上，這個話是真的，不是假的。但是這些話，在三十年前給我講我不相信，我學佛六十二年了，前一半我不敢肯定。現在你問我，我給你點頭，我給你證明，一點都不錯。那麼你要是有懷疑，破除懷疑的方法，你把這個經念三千遍，你就明白了，你就恍然大悟了，好。為什麼？不但你開悟，你入境界了。這叫一向稱念阿彌陀佛，一向專念。
十八願到二十七，四十四到四十八，願願皆因聞佛名號，永離諸惡苦，終得究竟樂。得究竟樂是往生到極樂世界，沒有往生到極樂世界，不能叫究竟樂，離苦得樂不究竟，到極樂世界就究竟了。我們這一生把大好光陰都錯過，晚年才知道，後悔莫及。年輕時候如果是知道，那時候也知道，懷疑，不相信，要真正不懷疑，真相信，真幹，我們早已成佛了，十年、二十年肯定成就。所以現在四十歲的人還不遲，幹上十年，五十歲，再幹十年，六十歲，成佛了，你的問題真解決了。
萬緣要放下，別幹傻事，這個世間全是假的，沒有一樣是真的，不但六道輪迴是假的，十法界也是假的。告訴你，只有極樂世界一真法界是真的，為什麼？那個世界不生不滅，那個世界無量壽命、無量光明，無量善果你統統得到。你要問為什麼，阿彌陀佛天天在講經教學，沒有中斷，聞法開悟，心開意解。要不肯真幹，那就錯過了，錯過了，到晚年你真的後悔，那後悔來不及了。

一句佛名，是万种功德的结晶，具有不可思议的大威神力。它是生死苦海中的慈航，是漫漫长夜里的明灯。尤其是末法时期的众生，人根陋劣，退缘很多。正如《大宝积经》所说：“末法亿亿人修行，罕一得道（证道果），唯依念佛，得度生死。”当代高僧道源法师也说：“末法时代的众生，非念佛无以了生死，非念佛无以度有情。”（道源法师：《弥陀经讲录》）说明念佛法门是未法众生的对症良药。
有人以为，念佛法门是老年人修的，是消积送死的，是临终用的。这些都是片面的、错误的理解。本来我们自心就是佛，念佛是念心，就是“是心作佛”。“投佛号于乱心，乱心不得不佛（佛心）。”夏莲居居士说得好：“弥陀弥陀直念去，原来弥陀念弥陀。”可见，一句佛号，就能了脱生死，出离轮回，往生净土，圆证菩提，实在是捷径中的捷径。还有一点必须明确，念佛不只是临终得大利益，生前就得大利益。印光大师说，一切事都可以念佛求成就，除了做坏事以外。本文所列举的念佛现世获得的十种殊胜功德，概括得比较全面。这些都是佛陀亲口开示，从佛经中摘录出来的。佛无妄语，千万不要怀疑！为便于初机阅读，谨作肤浅解释。如有不当，敬祈指正。
“念佛现世获十种殊胜功德”
一、常得一切天神隐形守护。
二、常得一切菩萨常随守护。
三、常得诸佛昼夜护念，阿弥陀佛常放光明，摄受此人。
四、念佛之人，光明烛（照）身，四十里之遥（远），一切恶鬼，皆不能害；一切蛇龙毒药，悉皆不受。
五、水火冤贼，刀箭牢狱，横死枉生，悉皆不受。
六、先所作业，悉皆消灭。所杀冤命，彼蒙解脱，更无执对。
七、夜梦正直，或梦见阿弥陀佛胜妙色像。
八、心常欢喜，颜色光泽，气力充盛，所作吉利。
九、常为一切世间人民恭敬、喜欢、礼拜。
十、临命终时，心无怖畏，正念现前，得见阿弥陀佛与诸圣众，持金莲花，接引往生西方极乐世界。

時間過的真快。哥哥在4月1日跳樓。我人剛好在重慶住在西南大酒店32層。看到鳳凰衛視報導我以爲是愚人節玩笑。想不到是真的。那時的我年輕。現如今已過半百了。願哥哥在天上ㄧ切安好
