This was a 2-day, small-group, Zoom event that took place on March 20-21, 2023. The workshop featured demos on instrument method set-up, library building, and Lipidex and Compound Discover software and a lectures on lipid data acquisition and processing.

The National Center for the Quantitative Biology of Complex Systems (NQBCS) was founded in 2016 through a grant from the National Institute of General Medical Sciences (GM108538) and is located on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Our core mission is the development, application, and dissemination of mass spectrometry technology for proteomic analysis.
