It makes me so happy that someone like your dad who is new to hip hop and unbiased can appreciate and recognize how great Eminem is. Just everything he’s pointing out about him. I think He gets so much undeserved hate now a days but I’m glad your dad can see he’s something else.
I love the way you guys bond over music. I’m 50 years old and a huge hip hop head. My 16 year old son is also big into hip hop. It’s one of the things that we bond over as well. I turn him on to old school stuff that I grew up on and he puts me on to the new artist of today. I can really relate to your videos. Keep up the great work.

You are so right, the Weezy verse is soooo good. He drops a plain bar and follows it up with a spark. "Throw dirt on me... Get a wild flower! Its fuck the world... and get a child outta!" And as your dad likes Weezys voice on this song, you might also show him the Trackball Fireman by Lil Wayne. 😛
The best part of these videos is Dad has an open mind!… the main reason he has a great relationship with his son!… lesson for us all to approach anything and everything in the same way!
I take my dad to rap concerts when I can. Every one responds to him even the artists at smaller venues and they always thank him for being there he is always the oldest. When I hit rock bottom in my life I moved back in with my dad after My mom passed and when I was listening to eminem (on vinyl) he said eminem has to be one of the greatest rappers of all time. 😅 loved it.
This song means alot. My pops was going through recovery at the same time from alcoholism and he is a rocker at heart but he bought every Eminem album. Sorta put me on his music while i was a teen.

Why did I start beaming when Dad recognized Lil Wayne’s voice? Watching you two is pure 🥰🥰. Your entire channel is like revisiting my young adulthood. Feeling grown with few responsibilities. ❤❤❤❤ Edit to add: I grew up with these artists. It’s sad that so many of these talented people who wrote the soundtrack to my life are gone. Yet, it’s great to see those who are still here continue to grow and evolve.
Lil Wayne said in an interview that everyone says when you collaborate with Em you get smashed so he was not letting that happen to him. He says he couldn’t top Em so he was going to at least be on par with Em so he brought everything he had and spent a lot of time working on that song and I think he did it

This album came out like a week and a half into the summer before my senior year of high school. It’s a solid album, but definitely not one of my favorite EMINEM albums, but top 5. The track list for this album says there are only 16 songs and I thought I was tripping when I put it in the first time and it said 17 tracks. He added one on there for the fans that he didn’t put in the list and it’s just called Untitled. My favorite EMINEM song of all time is Sing For The Moment, really hit me on a personal level because it was something where I could relate and just vibe.

But when it comes to Eminem you guys are on top of the food chain in the Hip Hop word when it comes to word play. I’ll recommend “The Ringer” where I believe Em’ has upscale he’s word play and also “Darkness” just to mellow things out. But loving seeing your perspectives from the rap and hip hop world. You guys really know music! Keep them coming please! 🙌🏽
Wayne is literally about the only dude that can hang wit Em on a track... Lil Wayne's Tha Carter II is the best ablum ive ever listened too, hands down.
Just found this channel and watch about 6 videos in a row. After hearing each one it makes me search for the one you mentioned in the video I’m watching but after hearing him “anticipating” Eminem and then he comes in, I find myself wondering and searching for forever. Relapse was written when ‘Em was detoxing from drugs and getting clean. The dark content was him gearing spiritually clean. Addiction is a spiritual disease. Recovery was laid a couple years after when he was clean. He was great on both, but clean ‘Em is so much better. Plus he’s still with us and still clean. Most addicts don’t make it. Love the channel.
"Marshall Matters - Marshall Matters" would be so great. Been hoping for over a year to see your father's reaction to this one. Always a joy to listen to you to after coming from work hehe, I've got front row sits in The FrontRoom.
